Platform capabilities

01

Compliant RWA minting

Digitize a physical asset into a token class with fiat valuation, supply allocation, GPS attestation and a generated legal/compliance hash bound to the mint event.

02

Fractional supply control

Define total token supply against appraised valuation, keep an implied unit price on the register, and maintain reserve ratios per property.

03

P2P liquidity routing

Hold an asset in local escrow or push it to the global P2P pool. Routing state is a deliberate, logged decision — never an implicit default.

04

Audit-ready evidence

Every mint, hash generation and routing change is timestamped into an immutable trail, exportable as a PDF dossier or a CSV basis export.

05

Role-based access

Agency admins, compliance officers and viewers each see scoped controls and audience-appropriate explanations of the same metric.

06

White-label configuration

Fund-level branding — logotype, primary and accent colour — previewed live across every terminal screen before it is committed.

Protocol economics

Inverted protocol economics: protecting grassroots liquidity while large capital mandates sustain the ecosystem base. Active schedule v3.0.0.

Frequently asked

What is real estate tokenization?

Real estate tokenization converts ownership rights in a physical property into digital tokens on a distributed ledger. Each token represents a fractional economic interest in an appraised asset, allowing a fund to allocate exposure in smaller units than a whole-property transfer.

How is compliance evidenced?

Each mint produces a compliance hash and a timestamped audit event capturing valuation, supply, coordinates and the operator identity. The record can be exported as a PDF dossier or as a CSV basis export containing the exact inputs and assumptions used for the reporting window.

Is the platform white-label?

Yes. The terminal is delivered as a white-label SaaS: the purchasing agency configures its own logotype, primary and accent colours, and those settings propagate across every screen, export and PDF dossier.

What does the fee structure look like?

Protocol fees follow an inverted, community-first schedule (v3.0.0): 0.36% retail, 0.63% private, 0.96% institutional and 3.36% sovereign — protecting grassroots liquidity while large capital mandates sustain the ecosystem base.
